• Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, Monday through Friday.
• Cut-off Time: Orders placed before 10:00 PM (SGT) are processed the same day. Orders placed after this cut-off will be processed the next business day.
• Non-Processing Days: Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays in Singapore.

Delivery Time

• Estimated Delivery: Orders typically arrive within 5–7 business days after processing, depending on the destination. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors outside of our control (e.g., carrier delays, customs, weather).

Shipping Process

• Courier Services: We partner with trusted carriers such as DHL, FedEx, and Singapore Post to deliver your order safely and efficiently.

Lost or Damaged Items
