16. Dispute Resolution by Binding Arbitration; Class Action Waiver

Any dispute arising from your use of the Website or purchase of products will be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, conducted in New York, NY.

No class actions or representative claims allowed.

Rules for our U.S. promotional program:

• Must be 18+.

• Void where prohibited.

• Scratch to reveal prize.

• Prizes may include digital gift cards, free product, or high-value rewards (e.g., $1,000).

• Claims must be submitted within 30 days via QR code/form.

• Limit 1 claim per household.

• Taxes are the winner’s responsibility.

• Fraud voids eligibility.

VitallPure® decisions are final.
